Mid-Atlantic Leasing Corporation has been in the container business
since 1973. MALC was one of the pioneers on the East Coast to offer rental containers, starting the rental
division in 1981. Since then, we have grown our rental fleet to over 1600 units. In
2005, Mid-Atlantic expanded our rental fleet to service the residential market with 10-, 12- and 16-foot units. Mid-Atlantic Leasing Corporation
offers customers a full line of new and used containers ranging in size from 12 feet to 48 feet, available for lease or purchase,
for both residential and commercial use. We have the ability to modify a container to suit a customer’s
needs, including adding side doors, skylights, roll-up doors, heating and air conditioning, turbine vents and wiring for electrical.
We also have a full service sandblasting and painting shop and can paint our product any color a customer wishes.
MALC offers on-site container and chassis repair and, along with our mobile repair division, we can get anyone back
up and running in a matter of time! For those that own their own containers with no way to transfer them
from one location to the next, we also provide transportation services. Our goal to give back to our local community is met quarterly through our donations
to not-for-profit entities and community events. While monetary donations are frequent, we are more than
happy to loan a container to a local church, sports organization or community event. The owners were born
and raised in Hampton Roads and are committed to helping keep our community strong by giving back to the area they’ve
loved for so many years and in which they are now raising their own young families.

Mid-Atlantic Leasing Corporation actively sells containers to individuals,
businesses and government installations. Our familiarity with local military installations and security
requirements ensures we can deliver our product with few delays and utmost professionalism to customers, no matter how strict
their security procedures may be. We are proud to serve all of Virginia, including the Eastern Shore; we
also serve Northeast North Carolina, including the Outer Banks. We currently employ over fifty people in positions ranging from administrative
to truck drivers to mechanics. The majority of our employees have been with us for 10 to 15 years, and
some of them longer! Our commitment to creating a comfortable, family atmosphere allows employees to be
themselves and focus on completing the tasks at hand as opposed to overthinking small responsibilities to conform to a stuffy
corporate environment. While keeping the customer in the forefront, we always aim to enjoy what we do and
it shows through our performance!
